  This company has terrible customer service, I called to set up and appointment to have the Terrazzo cleaned and repaired in the lobby area of a property I manage and after trying for two weeks to get an appointment I was told that the estimator has been having difficulty with freeing up his schedule to come give a proposal because of the weather. That’s a terrible excuse, the rainy weather has not stop other companies from coming out. This is just pure laziness and I’m sure they won’t be around much longer considering how they’re turning down money.
