  Our furnace went out on a bitterly cold day. I called our regular service and several others, and all said they were booked up for days. Riley found a way to get a technician out there the same day and had our heat up and running. Daniel was friendly and competent and thorough. We needed a follow-up visit for a part that had to be ordered, and it was easy to schedule and Daniel was right on time. Rileys is our new regular service.

  Update: Riley Heating contacted us with a partial refund after we expressed our dissatisfaction. They were very polite.
  
  We were unhappy with the service provided. We called your company because some vents in the house were not providing adequate air flow. After much poking around, the serviceman did find a damper that was closed. He then continued to look around, saying he was “not satisfied,” including using a camera that was not long enough to make an adequate inspection inside the ducts. But he did not make any other changes. As a result, we were charged $310 for having him open a damper.
  
  But that did not solve the problem. Certain areas of the house continued to be cold so we called another HVAC service. They made a number of helpful fixes including switching to a different filter, adjusting the fan speed, and closing selected vents to redirect the air flow.
  
  Bottom line, we felt that we did not receive satisfactory service from your company at all and were unfairly over-charged for what was done.
