  This place is horrible! I been sitting in the waiting area since 9am its after 3pm and still have not been called it's almost empty in here. I have gone up to make sure i was checked in they said yes but still cant be called after 6 hours? All i neeed to do is correct my daughters name that they mispelled and has caused me problems with the insurance. I been up here 5 times and still cant fix it.

  They have the worst customer service, they do not care about their customers. You call the voicemail says leave a message and someone will call you back , bs I left 10 messages no one has yet to call me back. I submitted my application at the front desk 3 weeks ago they still have yet to process or submit it. The security guard is always on his phone when they have a sign that specifies you cannot be on your phone. Also when you call the voicemail says on Mon, Weds and Fri they have case workers till 5pm which is another lie. I have gone at 4pm on 3 occasions and they say the caseworkers left. Very unprofessional they do not care to help the customers.
