  Damaged our floor in our brand new, Just built home. We filed a claim with them. They told us they sent out a check to cover our damages ($150) and we still have never receive it. It’s been 10 months now. Now they won’t answer our calls or emails. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Do not use them!!

  These guys are horrible!!! First of all, I don’t know why JC Penny would even contract these guys to deliver my fridge and not through the company. They delivered my fridge late, the guys that delivered didn’t even know how to install the fridge because they broke a pipe that caused all these leaks in my basement and my wall to get torn apart because of the water damages. To make things worse, the fridge was even damaged with scratches and dents, oh and I forgot to mention they also left my old fridge with me which they were supposed to take! I’m currently waiting for a new fridge to get delivered which they lied to me that was supposed to come in yesterday. These guys offer horrible service. I currently have a claim out with them and at this point I don’t even know if I’ll be getting my damn fridge. BEWARE!
